Spain-Focused HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law; conduct internal HR documentation audits.
  • Manage full-cycle HR operations for our Spanish team: contracts, promotions, vacations, maternity/paternity leave, dismissals (including complex cases), etc.
  • Coordinate with outsourced service providers and ensure timely and accurate processes.
  • Provide visa and relocation support for expat employees in Spain.

Global People Operations Support

  • Establish and maintain scalable operational processes for our distributed remote team.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation. Ensure clean data for People analytics.
  • Support benefits management, reimbursements, and related administration across countries.
  • Support global HR operations, EoR employees, and employees in UK, Serbia and Cyprus with local providers.

People Experience & Admin

  • Support logistics for business travel, coworking access, and anniversary gifts.
  • Participate in People projects and initiatives, contributing HR operational expertise.
